When you applied for insurance we received information about you from your application, such as your name and address and certain health information. We treated the information we collected about you in a confidential manner. In all cases only the amount of information necessary to underwrite your policy has been collected. This information is used for business purposes with respect to insurance and our fraternal relationship with you. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to anyone, except as permitted by law.
Among the benefits recently offered is the prescription card and the contract with the company includes a confidentiality statement.
